Harvey’s commercial development background extends more than 35 years, and he specializes in Class A office development and acquisitions. Due to current market conditions, Harvey started HSR Development Services, a new, full-service development company where clients can benefit from his 35+ years of experience as a commercial real estate veteran in all markets. Harvey’s experience primarily involves leadership in developing large-scale commercial projects, including Class A offices, mixed-use developments, luxury hotels, and residences. His experience also includes various other facilities, such as non-profits, government buildings, religious establishments, healthcare institutions, and industrial properties.
