In response to evolving market conditions, he founded HSR Development Services, a full-service development firm that leverages his decades of industry expertise to deliver value across all markets.

Throughout his career, Harvey has provided leadership in the development of large-scale commercial projects, including premier Class A offices, mixed-use communities, luxury hotels, and high-end residences. His portfolio also spans a wide range of specialized facilities, including nonprofit and government buildings, religious institutions, healthcare centers, and industrial properties.
